When we first founded Ôrixir, we had to manufacture our uncompromisingly high-quality active ingredients specialized peptides, pure extracts in small batches. The immutable rule of cosmetic production is this: if your scale is small, your laboratory and raw material costs per milliliter are astronomical. Refusing to compromise on quality, we took on these high costs, which naturally reflected in our retail prices.

We are now securing much larger volume agreements with the world's top laboratories for both our active ingredient sourcing and production lines. Through economies of scale, we have managed to drastically drive down our production costs per milliliter.
At this juncture, what a traditional luxury brand in the industry would do is straightforward: keep prices the same, add the decreasing costs to the balance sheet, and maximize profit margins.
But our mission is to deliver the highest echelon of quality through a rational and sustainable model. Therefore, instead of pocketing this immense cost advantage, we are returning it to where it rightfully belongs to you.
