
ÔRIXIR RETURN POLICY
As Orixir, your satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of the products we offer (health and hygiene conditions), we operate within certain rules regarding our return processes.
Return Conditions
Unopened Products: You can return the product you purchased within 14 days from the delivery date, provided that its packaging is unopened, the protective seal is intact, and it has not been tried or spoiled.
Hygiene Restriction: For cosmetic products, once the cap is opened, the protective seal is removed, or the product is tried, returns are not accepted due to hygiene rules.
Invoice Requirement: The product to be returned must be sent together with its original invoice (or e-archive).
Defective or Incorrect Products
You have the right to an unconditional return or exchange for products that have been damaged during shipping, have passed their expiration date, or differ from your order.
In this case, keeping a damage report with the courier during delivery or sending a photo showing the condition of the product to hello@orixir.com will speed up your process.
How Does the Return Process Work?
Creating a Request: Send us your return request along with your order number via our contact panel or by email (hello@orixir.com)
Inspection and Refund: Once the product reaches our center, it is inspected by our experts. When its compliance with the return conditions is approved, your payment will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Non-Returnable Products
Products that have been opened, used, or have damaged packaging.
Purchases made as part of a campaign/set where a part of the set is missing.
Custom-made products or products purchased with a gift card.
