At Orixir Cosmetics, we strive to deliver your orders to you as quickly and safely as possible. You can find all the details regarding our shipping and delivery processes below.

1. Order Preparation Time (Handling Time)

Once your orders are confirmed, they are carefully prepared and handed over to the shipping carrier within 1 to 2 business days.

Order Cut-off Time: Our daily order cut-off time is 14:00 (2:00 PM) Belgium local time. The handling process for orders placed before this time begins on the same day. Orders placed after 14:00, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

2. Delivery Time (Transit Time)

After your products are handed over to the shipping carrier, they will reach your specified address within an average of 2 to 3 business days.

The total estimated delivery time, which is the sum of the order preparation time and the transit time, ranges between 3 to 5 business days.

3. Business Days

Our operating and shipping days are from Monday to Friday.

Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days. The shipment of orders placed over the weekend will begin on Monday.

4. Shipping Rates and Delivery Zones

We offer delivery options to many destinations worldwide for our customers. Shipping is completely free for all regions on orders of €100 and above. For orders under €100, our shipping rates are as follows:

Countries with Standard Shipping (€4.99): A flat shipping fee of €4.99 applies to orders under €100 for the following countries:

5. Our Shipping Partners

To ensure the safety and speed of your orders, we work with industry-leading shipping companies, including UPS, bpost, and DPD. The system automatically determines the shipping company that provides the most suitable and fastest service for your delivery region. Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your email address.
